来源：马科斯•弗拉克斯（Marcus Flacks）旧藏,罗纳德•郎斯朵夫旧藏，编号1848。 香盒两部分组成，各以紫檀木整料凿就，上下字母口连接，造型小巧，气息浑穆大气，盝顶，直腹，玉环底，通体无纹饰，仅在口沿处起两条弦纹，起到增加层次感的作用，此举为明代家具及文房小件的经典艺术手法。紫檀材质坚密，纹理明晰，色泽滋润，纹理自然，包浆醇厚莹泽，用料乃紫檀中之上品。此器整体造型端庄规整，简约雅致，展现紫檀瑰丽气质，又饱含文雅书卷气，久经摩玩承传，整器线条秀美，识者金之。
