纸本 竺可桢 1890～1974 题识：竺可桢 卅四年元月。 1册平装提要：《美国作战三年》平装一册，一九四四年美国新闻处出版。 作者简介：竺可桢（1890-1974），字藕舫，浙江省绍兴县东关镇人，中央研究院院士、中国科学院院士，中国共产党党员，中国近代气象学家、地理学家、教育家，中国近代地理学和气象学的奠基者。历任浙江大学校长、中国地理学会理事长、中国科学院副院长、生物学地学部主任、中华全国科学技术普及协会副主席；1955年选聘为中国科学院学部委员（院士），兼任生物学地学部主任。1974年2月7日去世，享年84岁。
