纸本 亢心栽 1906～1978 4份提要：1.1961年手稿《农村人民公社工作条例》 2.1964年手稿《陕西学生驱吴运动回忆录》 3.手稿《批判胡适的政治思想》 4.手稿《“选举法”报告草稿》 作者简介：亢心栽（1906-1978），又名维恪，化名王维洽。陕西蒲城人。1926年春，考入北京中俄大学。1927年中共陕甘区委成立，亢心栽任执行委员、农委书记，负责筹建陕西省农民协会。后任陕西省农民协会常务委员兼宣传部部长，是大革命时期陕西农民运动的主要领导人之一。曾在杨虎城部担任秘书，北平解放后奔赴延安，发起恢复民盟西北总支部，并被推选为秘书长。1978年8月病逝于西安。
