台湾王氏旧藏白玉扳指，质地细润，周身以云纹作底，云层中琢有大小两条螭龙，为教子朝天题材。螭龙身形狭长，姿态灵动，整体纹饰阴刻而成，画面自然生动。 教子朝天为明清玉器中的经典纹饰，由大小两条龙组成，喻父子二人。谚语中有望子成龙之说，寓父养子，应与教，养不教，父之过，借以赞美无私的父爱。寓意望子成龙、吉祥美好。整器题材吉祥，做工细致，特别是玉材选择，极为优秀，为上乘的和田白玉籽料。
