题识：也佛。 钤印：也佛、宁天下人负吾题跋：猗猗修竹，不卉不蔓，非草非木。参挺持以高世，姿潇洒以拔俗。若琪先生属题，辛巳夏日庞国钧。钤印：国钧私印 说明：题跋者庞国钧（1885-1966），字蘅裳江苏吴江人。早岁受业于钱崇威。拔贡，曾充七品京官。后入江苏巡抚陈夔龙门下。抗战前与吴湖帆、潘博山等发起组织“正社”书画会。1950年由柳亚子荐举为中央文史馆馆员。工书法，尤精行楷，熟掌故外亦善诗赋。胡也佛（1908-1980），本名国华，后改名为丁文、若佛，字大空，号谷华，自署十卉庐主，浙江余姚人。上海新华艺术专业毕业，曾任上海商务印书局编辑、国民书局经理。工书画。
