五良大甫，日本松坡人。明正德年间随日本僧人庵、桂悟到景德镇学习制陶技术，在景德镇期间取名叫吴祥瑞。他在景德镇刻苦学习五年，亲手制作了上万件瓷器，于正德十年回到日本在肥前的伊万里开窑，把中国的青花瓷技术带到日本并成为一代制瓷大师，被日本称为”瓷圣”。
此对青花碗胎质细白，器型规整，釉层亮丽，青花发色优美，图案内容繁多，有几何纹等装饰纹样，表现出强烈的日式审美特色。
