本件铜胎鎏金掐丝珐琅宝相花卉佛塔制造精细，塔分别由塔刹、塔身、塔座三部分组成，塔刹由日月同辉、华盖、相轮组成，相轮分十三层象征佛教的十三重天界。须弥式塔座呈方形，分有上下二层，中间束腰。塔身通体饰珐琅卷草纹和仰莲纹。用料饱满纯正，鎏金亮丽，打磨精细，应属清中期官造佛塔中的极精之作，用作宫殿及大型寺庙的供奉，极为罕见。
