玉璧采用和阗白玉籽料制成，玉质润白，器体平整圆润。一面以高浮雕技法雕刻螭龙衔芝纹，五官聚拢，鬃毛飘洒，龙身矫健，躯体蜿蜒，四足匍匐有力，口衔灵芝，首尾相接，长尾分叉，动感十足。背面外沿阴刻圈线一周，内圈装饰造型各异的勾云纹。此器采用了清代玉器常见的工艺手法，体现了清代玉器传承及创新的理念，玩味十足。
