此件烟壶为大块和阗白玉籽料随形整雕而成，通体留有艳丽夺目的洒金皮。仅在较小一端开孔，内膛掏空，器壁较薄。外壁一侧底端琢刻一凤凰立于群山间。凤首尖喙，顶冠舒展，眼尾出梢，翅翼微展，以深长阴刻线刻画翅羽，长尾拖地，体态静美，俊逸翩然。盖为翡翠制成，镂雕盘曲的螭龙钮。器体表面细腻滑润，造形圆融，别具一格。
