Two large ochre-glazed pottery architectural tiles, India 19th century, each of coved form with central ridge, one terminating in a curved point, 26.8cm. and 27cm. long (2) The ochre colour of these tiles is associated with specifically Indian tile work. The present two are undoubtedly from the same building and indeed are likely to have been placed one above the other to cover guttering or pipework. Please refer to department for condition report
