陈彧君，1976年出生于福建莆田，是中国70后新生代艺术家。陈彧君最初以拼贴式绘画为艺术界熟知，他的当代艺术语言根植于传统宗族、区域环境和个人记忆，具有中国南方及东南亚地域文化特征，这在以私人化创作为特征的70后艺术家中较为罕见。近年来的陈彧君创作更加开放自由，走向大艺术概念，不仅有绘画、雕塑、装置等传统艺术媒介，也涉及田野调查、艺术直播等社会艺术活动。
