Leonie Rysanek (Vienna 1926- 1998) Born to an Austrian mother and Czech father, in a family of opera singers (Kurt brother was baritone and soprano Lotte sister too), studied singing in his hometown with Alfred Jerger and Rudolf Grossmann, making his debut in 1949 in Innsbruck as it Agathe Der Freischütz.
