钤印：广生 释文：父母亲大人：来信收到，勿忘并悉，两老身体康健，合家安好，不胜喜悦。今岁风旱之灾，田禾欠收，非人力所能克服，贫者更苦矣。（略）鹤亭敬上。简介：冒广生，江苏如皋人。字鹤亭，号疚斋，小三吾亭长，晚号水绘庵老人。室名小三吾亭、绛云楼、红鹤山房、书钞阁。历官刑部、农工商部郎中，赏加四品京衔。入民国，历任财政部顾问，《广东通志》总纂。工诗词，著有《京氏易三种》、《大戴礼义证》、《蒙古源流年表》等。
