直口，圆肩，鼓腹，圈足。底以青花书写“大明万历年制”六字双行楷书款，款识字体俊朗，为萬曆官窑器之典型款识。胎质坚实，釉层青亮，器身通体以青花描绘，发色苍翠，主题纹饰为穿花龙凤纹饰，龙形矫健，双目圆睁，利齿毕现，鬃扬羽翔；凤羽飞张，长颈细目，风格别具，十分少见。整个画面构图极为饱满，布局严谨，纹饰繁而不乱，层次清晰，青花发色浓郁艳丽，蓝中泛紫，时代特征鲜明，珍罕异常。
