基本完整 。平沿口，束颈，墩腹，炉体外满施豆青釉 ，青釉地发色清雅，纹饰构图繁密紧凑 ，“义门李氏”，青阳上章，官田始祖李久远（是唐太宗四十世孙 ）。李久远医术精湛，任元朝太医院使，此香炉是清中期供奉祖上之物，一脉相承，流传至今，完整无损当为人间佳话 。
