田炯锦（1899—1977），字云青，甘肃庆阳人。毕业于天津南开中学，考入北京大学预科，曾参加五四运动。1930年获得美国伊利诺大学博士学位。1931年任国民政府监察院监察委员。1936年转任甘肃省政府教育厅厅长。1938年任监察委员。1947年任陕甘监察使、国大代表。1948年继任国民政府考选部部长
