金梁（1878-1962），号息侯，杭州人，寄居北京。满洲正白旗瓜尔佳氏。光绪三十年进士。历任京师大学堂提调、内城警厅知事、民政部参议、奉天新民府知府、蒙古副都统等。民国成立后，任清史馆校对。后经张作霖保荐，任北洋政府农商部次长。“九一八”事变后来津，与清朝遗老组织“俦社”、“城南诗社”等各类团体。工书法，擅篆、籀。著述丰富。
