Charles Cottam traded from the famous Jew's House in Lincoln. Condition report: Oil on canvas which is unlined. The canvas tension is slightly slack but in plane overall. The paint layers are in a good condition. There are localised areas of retouching, mainly in the darker brown paint passages. The varnish is clear and glossy.
