Potted with a compressed globular body surmounted by a tubular neck rising to a canted flat lip with raised edge, all supported on three short cabriole legs. The conical vessel thrown from chocolate brown clay, covered in an unctuous iron-rich black glaze, streaking to brown at the rim.
