本品瓶盘口，长颈，折肩，直筒腹，浅圈足。内外施梅子青釉，釉质醇厚莹润，开片自然，古韵悠然。此器形制因似造纸打浆所用槌具，亦称纸槌瓶，为宋代极为高级之瓶形一类，而于瓶颈两侧附贴双耳，则为南宋龙泉窑所特有，普见凤耳及鱼耳两种，如本件之摩羯耳较少。摩羯原又称为鱼龙，为佛教中的一种神鱼，龙首鱼身，亦为印度神话中的河水之精，生命之本，可创造一切，也可融化万物。参阅：《龙泉窑青瓷》艺术家出版社P.149 备注：口沿有金缮
