漢 谷紋玉璧 Han Dynasty period. Carved on both sides in low relief with a tightly spaced 'grain pattern' of bosses with beveled sides formed by a grid of intersecting lines, all between incised line borders at the rim and around the central aperture, the stone a mottled russet-green color with calcification. 青白玉製成，通體帶淺褐色斑，質地斑駁古拙，兩面紋飾相同，皆飾谷紋。谷紋又稱谷粒紋，是以剔地淺浮雕的方法，在玉器表面雕琢出許多突起的弧形圓點。
