题识：穷冬百卉凋，梅花独贡姿。枝头灿黄，玉磬口心，凝脂累累万年青。结实火垂，合供吉羊室。山窗终岁时，己丑春二月，栝苍亭长吴徵时年七十有二。 钤印：吴徵私印、袌鋗居士、闭户工夫题签：吴待秋花卉图，张钟。钤印：张钟 Lot201-Lot211为张辛稼家属友情提供 201-211为张辛稼家属友情提供。吴待秋，名征，字待秋，号春辉外史、鹭鸶湾人、袌鋗居士，室名来鹭草堂，浙江桐乡人。吴伯滔仲子。与赵叔孺、吴湖帆、冯超然并誉为“海上四大家”，在书画方面多有建树。其岳翁李嘉福亦精鉴赏，收藏极富，筑“阿宝阁”藏项氏天籁阁旧物。
