底款：志源盖款：姚 志源把款：姚 附证书姚志源，笔名“山头上人”，高级工艺美术师，中国工艺美术协会会员，江苏省工艺美术协会陶专会会员，江苏省民间文艺家协会会员。1971年，生于江苏宜兴丁蜀镇。1989年，高中毕业后即进宜兴紫砂工艺厂跟随母亲汪寅仙学习紫砂壶艺。1992年，赴北京中央工艺美术学院进修深造，学习陶瓷造型设计。1993年，作品“天鹏提梁壶”获1993年江苏省传统工艺美术精品展会二等奖。350 ml
