Extensive view of a farming landscape with the landowner overseeing that gathering of the harvest crop. Beautiful figural detail set underneath an expansive sky filled with light cloud. This piece is one of only a few known works that both Shayer brothers produced together with on brother being a exceptional figural painter and the other accomplished at skies.
