白玉如意享负盛名，其质地油润。首部呈菌伞形，首面起如意纹框，框内见洪蝠飞临，献上吉磬，吉磬的缎带飘曳，下有两条口衔缎带的肥鱼，器柄长而微曲，线条优美，其颈上翘与首连接，结实牢固。 柄面的中央雕有寿桃树纹，枝叶间见多个寿桃，大小不一，外型饱满。亦刻有蝙蝠，尖耳、圆目，器上的纹饰以压地、阴刻及斜刀等法雕琢而成，除极富装饰效果外，亦蕴含多个吉祥寓意：多子多福，福寿双全。背面微雕三首唐诗。雕工甚佳，值得收藏。
