此件香炉圆口微外撇，束颈垂腹，腹部与颈部之间接对称的象耳，下承圈足，足心有款，均为篆书，系铸后修磨而成，字体工整，章法严谨,当为上品。其皮色腊黄，色近藏经，流光烁彩，细察存痕，当为原铜本色，其铜材经过精炼，持之坠手，叩之悦耳，余音悠长，甚是沁心，应为精炼中加他种重金属所致。实为清代之妙器也。
