The rider decorated with set diamonds along the edges of his clothing, holding a pearl embellished umbrella. The Howdah or saddle excellently crafted and embellished with a series of precious and semi precious stones including Rubies, Sapphires, Lapiz, Jade, Pearls, Amethyst, and other stones. The total Diamond Weight approx. 8cts and over 300 cts of Precious and Semi precious Stones. Stands atop black marble base. CIRCA: Early 20th Cent.
