A CHINESE LATE QING DYNASTY CARVED WOOD FAN / RUYI SHAPED PANEL & EMBROIDERED SILK - the shaped carved panel set with embroidery in silk with decoration of phoenix and dragon, surmounted with a statue of guanyin to the top and the handle formed as a ruyi scepter, the ourer frame with borders of carved ad gilded flowers, the lower handle with dragon, probably used in court, the verso inscribed with characters, 72cm high x 27cm wide.
