An oak and burr elm banded dresser base, mid 18th century and later, 70cm high, 181cm wide, 46cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use, Old splits and cracks, chips and losses, sections of replacement to veneer and inlays, There are marks and stains to the top The central drawer and backboards have had three holes cut out The feet are later, this is low in proportion and it is assumed that this had a pot-board base previously which has been discarded in favour of the short turned feet. This has obviously reduced the overall height There are signs of old woodworm, with some areas of filler The handles are replacements throughout, the locks are possibly original - there are no keys present, all locks are all open at time of report Please refer to additional images for visual reference to condition Condition Report Disclaimer
