Measurements: 15.125in x15.375in x 15.375in Chinese Ming Dynasty Period, Blue & white figurine and landscape motif porcelain jar. Potted with a large cylinder vessel, jar shape, having thick and tall potted body, sturdily potted in slight ovoid belly, heavy on shoulder gently tapered on short neck, toward opening mouth prominent, with slight flaring opening lip, and raised on flat wide round foot base. The exterior decorated with hand-painting in clean white under glazed base color which contrast against the cobalt blue fine color, depicted of figures with their servant in front the worship desk around dense foliage tree, ruyi clouds, and flowers blooms. Blue and white porcelain in Chinese it is called Qing Hua Ci. It is the most important variety of China’s porcelain. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.
