An early 19th Century Regency period rosewood library breakfront open window bookcase having a good grain rosewood top with overhanging cornice detailed with dot & line beading. Three bookshelf sections with a central large section flanked by two smaller section. Gadroon carved columns to lower section and raised on a plinth base. Some loss to veneer on top and some beading missing, one small hole to back panel. Complete with a series of adjustable shelves each one having four pegs present. A good example with wear commensurate with age. Measures approx; 91cm x 160cm x 36.5cm. Internal 26cm x 71cm & 21cm x 37cm for shelves.
