A 20th Century French Art Deco bronze figurine of a panther. Modelled with defined features, muscular body and well detailed paws. Raised on veined black marble base. JB Bronze Garanti Paris foundry mark to underside of body and stamped A1027. Sometimes referred to as a jaguar , lioness, or other big cat. Measures approx; 13cm x 43cm x 15cm. Condition; one minor chip to the marble otherwise in very good condition. Great display piece.
