A large early 20th Century museum quality scratch built model of King Henry VIII's 16th Century Flagship boat The Mary Rose. Highly detailed with four masts, various sails & rigging, dozens of canons and other small details. Overall in good condition with some wear in places and some minor details may be missing. A great example. Measures approx; 70cm x 90cm. The Mary Rose is a carrack-type warship of the English Tudor navy of King Henry VIII. She served for 33 years in several wars against France, Scotland, and Brittany. After being substantially rebuilt in 1536, she saw her last action on 19 July 1545
