A large early 19th Century George III grand tour silver plated Roman urn vase of classical form. The urn having an embossed cover with pomegranate finial and floral band below. Further embossed floral decoration interspersed with urns and oval cartouches with classical figures of Apollo & Victoria with masks to both sides. Twisted stem with leaf decoration raised on a square plinth base. Marked to base. Measures 46cm x 26cm.
