A large silver-coloured metal ring with facetted hoop, expanding at the shoulders to an octagonal bezel set with blue agate gemstone engraved with calligraphic inscription, scalloped flutes to shoulders; openwork geometric design to reverse. 29.67 grams, 34.05mm overall, 20.57mm internal diameter (approximate size British V, USA 10 1/2, Europe 23.77, Japan 22) (1 1/4").
