A carved marble right hand, once part of a larger statue figure, modelled in the round with palm facing upwards, holding a patera with shallow central omphalos, secured in the palm by the thumb which rests along one side, fingers spread to support the width of the dish, with detailing to the knuckles, fingers and nail beds.
