A mixed group of engraved gemstones comprising: one plano-convex shaped stone set in a silver(?) finger ring; one plano-convex veined stone stamp seal with quadruped with geometric motifs in a roundel to base, pierced for suspension; black oval-shaped stone with eagle holding wreath in beak; bifacial oval-shaped carnelian stone with calligraphic script and foliate motifs. 15.6 grams total, 14-28mm (1/2 - 1"). From the private collection of a London antiquarian; previously in the ADC collection, UK; formed in the 1970s. [4, No Reserve]
