A COMMONWEALTH OAK SIDE TABLE MID 17TH CENTURY 64cm high, 60cm wide, 43cm deep Condition Report: There are marks, scratches, cracks, knocks, chips, abrasions and running repairs consistent with age and use. The top has three plank joins and various wood peg fixings, some standing proud. The drawer has evidence of worm to the lining, a split across the base and is of nail construction. The brass drop handle is later, as are the runners to the drawer. There is evidence of worm including to the drawer lining, the frieze, legs and stretchers, in particular to the feet that are reduced in height.
