A GEORGE III MAHOGANY SERPENTINE FRONTED CHEST OF DRAWERS IN THE MANNER OF THOMAS CHIPPENDALE, POSSIBLY AFTER A DESIGN BY ROBERT ADAM, CIRCA 1780 85.5cm high, 109cm wide, 61cm deep The neoclassical design elements incorporated in this chest are similar to those used by Thomas Chippendale while working with the designer Robert Adam in the 1760s.
