|注解：剔红又名「雕红漆」或「红雕漆」。成熟于宋元，发展于明清。明.黄成《髹饰录·坤集·雕镂第十·剔红》记载：「剔红，即雕红漆也。……宋元之制，藏锋清楚，隐起圆滑，纤细精致。」此印盒为圆形，蔗段式，子母口，盖身结合严密，通体髹朱漆，光亮润泽。盖面两侧均工，采用多层装饰技法，正反两面分别在锦地纹上雕刻罗汉，周边环绕山石树木。整器髹漆肥厚，构图紧凑，层次分明，工艺精细入微，所雕纹饰具有很强的立体感，罗汉的面部表情、形体动作和袈裟的衣纹飘带皆雕刻得栩栩如生，繁简相融，为上佳之品。
