盘呈椭圆形，唇口，弧腹，向下渐收，底承四枚如意云头足。内外壁满施松石绿釉，匀净润泽。口沿施矾红彩，外壁及口沿以粉彩绘缠枝莲纹，莲瓣饱满，枝蔓相连，花叶色泽渐变，绘工精致。绘粉色瑞凤穿行于花叶间，身形纤长柔美，曲线流畅，宁静华美。近底足处饰彩色仰莲纹一周，圈足外沿描金，中间饰一圈深蓝色点珠纹。整器色彩典雅丰富，繁花似锦，粉彩明艳动人，绿彩娇嫩柔和，笔触纤细，搭配精美，寓意美好，且布局具有较好的整体感和层次感，赏心悦目，尽显高超的制作工艺，表现出乾隆宫廷艺术品制作之严谨、执着和艺术修为。 带原配木座。
