款识：同治年制 清宫传统器皿中多有此类盒具，用于盛放各类点心、水果，因器形较大，恰可捧于双手，故名“捧盒”。此盒器型周正，椭圆形，硕大饱满，颇具气势，上下盖子母口相合，盖面隆起饱满，圈足。白釉为地，口沿及足胫皆描金边，外壁上以粉彩绘折枝百花图，玉兰、荷花、牡丹、芙蓉、莲花、兰花、芍药、水仙等各色花卉，姹紫嫣红，群芳争艳，勾画细腻，婉转舒展，着色深浅有致，颇见柔美之姿，取百花献瑞之意。全器纹饰布局匀称，密而不乱，施彩清丽，别具一格，上下相映，绘工精湛，成对相传，实为不易。
