广口微敞，束颈，两侧各饰一贯耳，垂腹，高圈足外撇。通体绘青花仿青铜器纹饰，贯耳及足墙均饰夔龙纹，器身分多层饰大小饕餮纹，余处亦饰云雷纹为地。本品釉面光润，青花发色淡雅，颇富雍正青花神韵，器形、纹饰俱仿上古青铜器皿。《陶雅》载：“美术尊重画工，古人锦、玉、瓷、铜四者迭互临摹……”、“瓷玉瓶件模范式样亦都规抚汉铜，不独画片然也……周汉铜器又皆渊源于有虞代之陶工，由陶而铜，由铜而玉，复由玉而瓷，更迭循环，终亦合而为一……”传世所见“清华珍品”款多系楷书，如本品之篆书款者绝少，景德镇陶瓷馆藏有一例青白釉暗刻龙纹玉壶春瓶，亦为仿古之作，可资参考。
