题识：戊申菊秋，琴趣轩主人仲南作。 钤印：仲 本拍品为一对墨竹花盆，一丛丛竹呈簇拥姿态，琼树临风，亭亭玉立，或向上生长延伸至花盆颈处，或斜伸探出，摇曳临风。竹叶多为俯叶，纵笔挥洒，随意疏放，似散似连，疏密有致；设色以墨为主，浓淡有致，既不失庭院修竹的婉约俊秀，又更具溪畔崖下翠篁的蓬勃野逸。 作者简介： 徐仲南，自号竹里老人，可见他爱竹之深。徐仲南读过私塾，后学画瓷，有文人情怀，喜好结识文人画士。徐仲南青年时期以画人物为主，中年则改习山水，晚年又偏重于松竹。除了画竹，在他近70年的从艺生涯里，无论花鸟还是人物山水，均有涉猎，而且无不精到。
