明万曆吴勉学刻本

提要：法家学派的经典代表作，是中国家喻户晓的人物商鞅及其后学的著作汇编。至今仍有借鉴意义。此拍品为吴勉学辑刻本《二十子》之一。吴勉学为隆庆、万历间徽州府著名刻坊“师古斋”主人，财富力强，所据底本多为宋本。加之徽工善刻。所出皆为精品。
吴勉学逝世后，其所刻书题名多改为吴中珩或吴琯，此书卷一有改，卷二及之后未改。
