拍品颈、肩饰对称如意耳，形制端庄典雅。通体以青花为饰，青花色泽与绘画技法摹古永宣。自上而下绘缠枝灵芝纹、如意云头纹、缠枝莲纹等，腹部绘缠枝花卉纹，中央凸起桃形开光，内绘折枝蟠桃和双蝠纹，寓意“福寿双全”。全器胎质细腻，白釉肥厚润泽，青花苍翠欲滴，绘工细腻考究，为乾隆御窑陈设精品，不为多见。
款识：“大清乾隆年制”六字三行篆书款
