此炉平口方唇，上压拱盖，盖面较平，以瑞狮戏球为钮，束直颈，丰肩，六瓣瓜棱式腹部，腹下承接三柱足，圆实有力，肩腹部铆接铺首，瑞兽额头高凸，杏目圆正，如意形大鼻，口衔圆环，神采奕奕。 通身以天蓝色珐琅釉为地，掐丝满饰缠枝莲纹，纹饰繁缛，相互交织，但布局极具章法，繁而不乱。口沿、狮钮、铺首均予以鎏金，彰显不凡的等级。 此类铜胎珐琅瓜式盖熏传世极为少见，见一例为故宫博物院清宫旧藏，录于《故宫博物院藏品大系·珐琅器编·3》，安徽美术出版社、紫禁城出版社，2011年，页224，图189。
