此印文為白文（不畏浮雲遮望眼）方介堪先生自幼喜好書畫、篆刻。民國十五年(1926) ，二十六歲的方介堪從溫州來到上海，經人介紹，並 得趙叔孺賞識，拜入趙叔孺門下。此後印藝大進，尤以晶、玉等硬材治印，獨步海上。 先生認為:古銅鑄印經範鑄之後，筆意已難於顯露;鑿印成於急就，揮運轉折，亦無法表現完美;然玉印因材料珍貴，故製作務求精工，且質地堅結，筆法刀法不因年代久遠而口敝，古代篆刻之精湛技巧，可於此得窺其奧秘，故摹錄其尤佳者三百餘方，以下摘錄95品供賞。 方介堪（1901年—1987年），原名文渠，字溥如，後改名岩，字介堪，以字行，浙江永嘉城區（今溫州市鹿城區）人。篆刻家，曾任西泠印社副社長、中國書法家協會名譽理事、中日蘭亭書會名譽顧問。
