谢公展（1885-1940）丹徒（今江苏镇江）人。名寿，一作翥，字公展，以字行。历任上海美专、新华艺专、暨南大学国画科画学、国文、诗歌教授，擅花鸟鱼虫，尤擅画菊花，勾花点叶，笔墨挺拔雄劲，墨彩缤纷绚丽。秋冬间辄为黄花写照，每有所作，多有其弟介子加题诗词，兄弟合作，艺林佳话，人称“谢家菊”，与缪谷瑛、吴树本有海上“三家菊”之称。lot 181-210 《文献斋藏》—当代书画专场
