彭述（1854-1912）字向青，湖南今衡阳市珠晖区酃湖乡解放村，后迁居黄茶岭彭家冲。曾就读石鼓书院。清光绪十二年中二甲第一名进士（传胪），获选庶吉士，任翰林院编修，并任光绪皇帝的书法侍讲，兼教皇族诸子弟。辛亥革命后，受上海商务印书馆之聘担任编辑。lot 253-284 《惟楚有才》—湖湘古韵专场
